Terms & Conditions

Fees & Charges

A postage charge of £2.50 per booking applies if you wish to have your tickets posted to you. You can avoid this charge by selecting print at home tickets, or by choosing to collect your tickets immediately prior to the event - your tickets will be held securely on our system and printed out on the day of the event.

Reservations

Payment is required for reserved tickets within 3 days of the reservation, or 3 days prior to the date of the event, whichever is the soonest. Any reserved tickets not paid for by this time will be released.

Exchanges

At the discretion of Box Office, tickets can be exchanged for a different performance of the same event. An administration fee of £2 per ticket applies. We do not offer exchanges on tickets for different events.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any tickets unless the event is cancelled or postponed. If you are unable to attend a performance, and the performance is sold out, we may offer to resell your tickets. Members may be credited on performances that they are unable to attend provided we are notified prior to the event. Refund protection (ticket insurance) is available at point of purchase via our partner, Secure My Booking.
